Core Commitment | Lifetime Warranty on Lifting Columns
For AOKE linear lifting products ordered on or after January 1, 2026,
the main structural components of the lifting columns are covered by a lifetime warranty.
Covered components include:
- Inner tubes / outer tubes
- Structural connectors
- Motors
- Lead screws and other key transmission components
Under normal operating conditions, if a failure occurs due to material or manufacturing defects,
AOKE will provide free repair or replacement services.
Tiered Warranty Coverage | Systematic Quality Protection
In addition to the lifetime warranty on lifting columns,
AOKE applies a tiered warranty policy to other key components within the standing desk system:
- AOKE in-house developed control systems (control box, software, handset, etc.)
→ 5-year warranty
- Purchased standard components
→ Warranty period follows the original manufacturer’s policy
→ AOKE provides full-channel coordination and technical support

- Orders signed before January 1, 2026 remain subject to previous warranty terms
